An advanced sparring class for our Evo fighters or potential fighters. All participants must provide their own equipment, Gum Shields, Shin Pads, Gloves (-70kg 12/14oz +70kg 16oz). All sparring will be supervised and controlled to the required level. Speak to staff if you'd be interested before booking.
