Our advanced classes introduce clinch work, sparring and more focused pad work to further develop technique, speed and power. This class is for our fighters and those aiming to take the next step towards competing in the ring, or anyone wanting to learn advanced skills.
You will need your own gloves suitable for sparring, shin guards and gum shield to take part in this class. Can be purchased in reception.
